Server roll back

    I passed a 30% crossbow att scroll before the server became unstable last night (29/10/16). I then logged off and went to sleep because you disconnect every 30 seconds.
    I woke up this morning and found my crossbow went back to clean (30/10/16)

    Does anyone know what should i do? do i get compensation? or can gm roll back my +1 equip?

    I had posted a thread under the support forum but no reply yet.

    Thanks for the reply, I am just wondering if they will do something about it. Good to hear they won't ignore the problem.

    However, I have a friend who experienced a roll back on his int+magic att earrings too but gm never replied his thread....

    Only Admins can look into missing items, and considering that there are very few admins, it could take weeks to get a reply. They are extremely busy, so your best bet is to stay patient.

    Yeap, I guess they will never get on to it, GG RIP my crossbow
    I will take the loss myself i guess.

    This technical support is so bad, almost 2 months and not a single word.
    How do you expect people to donate with this kind of quality?

    That would probably be because you posted in the wrong section of the forums.

    So if you post in help & advice, chances are very high that an admin will never see your post because admins rarely deal with threads in this section.
