This post is pertaining to an out-of-game bug. I'm having what seems to be severe issues with the server voting on the main page. The first day I joined (two days ago), I voted for the server on the two websites listed but was only rewarded with 4,000 NX. Yesterday, I attempted to vote on both websites but was prevented from doing so with the error message "You account is already logged in or your account name is incorrect. Please try again." My username was entered correctly. Previously that day I had logged in on the website on my laptop, but once I saw the error, I logged out of the website on the laptop and retried to vote on my desktop. Both machines gave me this error. I tried the same thing today but to no avail; I am still stuck with the same error. I've pinpointed the addresses where the errors are being displayed. Address 1: http://198.136.63.7/~vote/vote_do.php Address 2: http://198.136.63.7/~vote/vote_do2.php So far I'm missing out on quite a bit of NX. My friend on the other hand, whom I recruited to the server, has a stash of NX from his successful votes. Are you able to somehow remedy the situation and compensate my account for the missing NX? One of the features I wanted to have on the private server I played was to be able to use the cash shop and it's a disappointment that I might not be able to use it on MapleRoyals. On a side note, I am receiving the error "You don't have enough Nexon Game Card Cash." when I try to purchase an item with sufficient funds on the cash store. Thanks a bunch for the help!
The error "Your account is already logged in or your account name is incorrect. Please try again." is in regards to you being logged into the game, not the website on another machine. Are you voting while being completely logged out of the game server? As far as being unable to spend your NX - I'm not sure, we'll have to wait for someone else to respond.
The reason you are getting the error: You don't have enough Nexon Game Card Cash. is because you shouldn't be making purchases in the CS with Game Card Cash since voting gives you PayPal NX and that is the default option checked when you go to make a purchase in CS meaning you are purposely changing the funding source. Did you not notice on the bottom of the CS screen, it said you had 4,000 NX Credit I believe it is called while having 0 NX Prepaid?
Having not checked the various options for the cash store (nor changed anything there) I am unable to check my exact funds. Once I get home I'll take a few screenshots of the cash shop. In regards to the issue with voting, during my attempts of voting I was not logged into the game. I've taken a very methodical approach to server voting in the past; as soon as I got home from work, I would log onto the website and vote for the server and once finished, launch the game and log in. Yesterday and today I have taken to the same process. I'll reattempt to vote and make a purchase from the cash shop again. Are there any other members that are having similar problems?
----- Edit 1 I can't find where I would change the payment source. I have not changed any options. Here is the error I get after trying to purchase an item (wasn't the item I tried previously, but the same outcome occurs here): In the meantime, I am also not able to vote for the server but I did get compensated for the missing credit after a vote. I'd like to thank whoever read this post for adding me some NX but unfortunately I'm not able to use it.
Nope. I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that the red numbers are the Maple Points? Then again you have red letters and you can still purchase things.
