Solved [Solution Given] Setup always not responding whenever I try to install

    Been having this problem since the last patch came out, I click on the setup installer and get passed the file location screen and then nothing else happens. heres a screenshot, it just says not responding in task manager.

    I can't even get to that step. I finish the download then click on the file, select "Run Anyway" and then nothing. The installer doesn't even show up.

    EDIT: I downloaded it using chrome and when I shut down the web browser via Task manager and selected the setup file through "Downloads" and it seemed to work. Let me know if you guys were able to get a fix
