setup closes after a few seconds (uninstalled antivirus and disabled real time protection)

I did everything searched all over the forum and can't get the setup to work! the more i tried to fix it the worse it got... I really want to play the game please help, tried even installing it from an external hard drive and did everything i could only an alternative download will save me here

 

If i were you, I wouldn't disable real-time protection or get rid of your anti-virus. All you have to do is make an exception for the MapleRoyals folder that contains all the files for the game, and it should allow you to download and install everything without an issue. If your anti-virus detected the false trojan in the royals files before you deleted your anti-virus, it might have deleted important files needed to run the game thinking they were viruses.

Once you make an exception for that folder or just want to try it fresh after disabling the anti-virus like you have, try using the uninstaller in the royals folder to make sure all files are deleted, then try re-downloading and installing everything.

 

I tried making an exception and it still didn't work, been stuck with this problem for a very long time

 

The weird thing is that it closes even before i start the installation, just by opening the window

 

It still dosen't work any other way to solve this?? what could have gone wrong i really don't get it...

 

Are you absolutely sure there isn't another anti-virus running in the background that might be blocking it? Could you possibly take a screenshot of your running processes and post it here? Or if you're uncomfortable posting that here, i can DM you so you can send it privately.
