Hi, im getting some problems... i downloaded the game client (whats on the royals website) but when I run this warning appears. i didnt understand what it means, anybody know? while this happens I will not be able to play I also tried to use the 13/12/2018 version, but im getting the error code -2147287038 it crashes when I enter the game
Hey I had this during the xmas patch. How I fixed it was by going into task manager and closing out every program I didn't need manually, and eventually it worked
Yup just close all of the programs you have open, like google chrome, discord, other games, etc. And make sure you double check inside the task manager! (don't close mapleroyals lol) keep opening it until it works
Only close those that don't affect your computer, like google chrome, discord, etc. Anything that is running in the background that doesn't need to be. Also, check your processes and see what is taking up all of your memory
this is cuz i was running a version of 2018 but i finally got it! Out of memory means exactly what u said before, i just needed to restart. the setup needs 500mb ram lol Thank you again for the support <3 @Madori
ah! good to know! I only had this issue when I was downloading the christmas client, it kept telling me I had no memory for some reason (even after closing everything) usually a restart, closing applications that don't need to be open, and spam clicking work! Glad you figured it out
