The skill Chakra seems to be bugged somehow. Even maxed it often doesn't restore hp to full health and only to 50%. Sometimes it only heals for around 500hp. Yes I know the skill description says it will stop if you get hit, but I've tested it many times and it seems to randomly stop even when you're just standing still. I know Chakra isn't a very often used skill, but I use it quite alot (cuz I'm weird and i like looking kewl) and before the new source it worked perfectly (My shad has around 6.4k hp and it always restored hp close to or full health). It's not a huge deal, but just for my peace of mind I hope someone take a look at this. Thanks!
