Did some calculations on which is better for an endgame Shadower. MW20 & Echo always used. Assuming a lvl 200 Shadower. Items are not completely overpowered, but really endgame focused. So it's certainly do-able on achieving these.. Just an interesting thought: At 21053 range a Shadower can hit 3x 199.999 ( potentially ) with Assassinate. What could also be interesting the DPS on Horntail's right Body part. A Shadower can hit (with 21053 max dmg range), when standing on the correct platform on the right part of Horntail, 4 body parts. Head B, Head C, Right Wings and Right Arm. DPS with MW20, Echo, Demon Elixir and SE30 using only Boomerangstep: 1 045 913 damage per Boomerang Step Boomerang Step has a cast time of 0.69 seconds = 1 515 816 Max Damage per second = 90 948 960 Max Damage per Minute = With Dagger Mastery 60% 1 082 232 dmg per second as Average dmg! = Average damage per Minute 64 933 920 HT has 2,730,000,000 HP combined Also vs Single Targets: Assassinate Combo with MW20, Echo and Apple = 329k~ Max Damage per SECOND and 243k~ Damage per second on average on a Single Target and we don't even need SE to achieve that. Sure Shadowers fall off when having less targets available, but even then. Let me know if you have questions, did these calculations for myself. Maybe someone finds them useful aswell? Might compare it to a Lvl 200 Hero if im bored.. Rip i forgot to include earrings. well whatever, wont change too much, go CS some Anniversary earrings for more damages EDIT: added Earrings....
how do you hit 1mill per bstep? isn' the cap 200k? and what % is bstep that gives it such insane damage? nvm i noticed that you are talking about multiple targets EDIT:
If someone could @ me when theres an answer for NLs which is better that would be great. I'm never sure about the LUK vs WA debate.
I think godly htp is still better than mon when you don't have enough abilities of str and dex. I may try mon after I get extra str and dex, then Mon should be stronger. This screenshot of normally dmg on apple is for reference.
hey. for NL if you have 6/6, 6 att+ mon, its better than any HTP. here are some estimate calculations: 6 luk = 1 attack, so the mon will be same as 6/6+36 = 6 dex 42 luk mon 1 luk = 7 range lets use perf HTP as an example 28/28 (HTP) ------------------------------------> 6/42 (MON) from mon you are missing 22 dex but you gained 14 luk i have calculated with my 1 str 5 dex ring and 6 dex ring. (the formula of NL and archer are the same) if i remove 1 dex to add 1 str . i lose 5 range. therefore. if you remove 22 luk to add 22 dex. you lose 22 x 5 = 110 range. But from the extra 14 luk from mon, u gain 14 x 7 = 98 range OPS.. if you compare 6/6 6 att mon vs perf 28/28 HTP. you will lose 12 range. HAHA in conclusion. if you get 8/8 6 att+ mon, it will be better than any htp (even perf 28/28) this applies for NL and Archer
IMO this is a little misguiding. These stats you are comparing are without attack potions, for most of the stat-balanced sets(at least for NL) I have tested, MoN only gives a better clean range but almost never beat an average egged HTP while on apple(although range =/= DPS directly, but that’s something else). Like Ayaa explained, range is calculated using (3.6*LUK+STR+DEX)*ATT/100. Once you have high enough weapon attack(usually the case when you’re using attack potions, heartstoppers and above), each additional LUK you get will benefit you more. Also, in bosses like horntail. I personally believe you can come to appreciate the raw avoidability HTP gives over MoN.
My 5str 4dex 8wa Mon gives more range than a 28/26 htp by quite a fair bit for my mm, but this only applies as I hit the minimum str requirement for my Xbow. If lets say I needed this str from the htp for the Xbow it might be a different story... But really experimenting around with equips to gain secondary stats is needed to (possibly) maximize a mon's potential *EDIT* Shads need 2 secondary stats which further complicate the matter, but I'm inclined to feel that a godly htp is better for them than a godly mon
