    Hey,

    I've been trying to find few days that formula drop from Lucidias to start the Smokescreen quest.
    This far no luck and I've been starting to wonder is it bugged. Too much time spent for nothing.
    I know it should be a rare drop, but this rare?

    Could you check this please.

    I can confirm it does drop and isn't bugged, it is a very low drop rate though.
