Closed Shao disappeared

    Problem: Shao disappeared a few seconds after we entered
    Details: Shao boss disappeared within 10-15 seconds after we entered. I think it's a well documented bug that happened to plenty of people. Looking for a refund.

    Hi Matt, thanks for the prompt response. I am using the latest game files.

    However, I have just checked with my shao partner and indeed she wasn't using the latest game files to which she is now downloading it. I guess this would be considered an error on our end.

    Nonetheless, thanks for the quick response.
