    Problem: can't put SP on SE.
    Description: when i did the job advance i didn't checked but the up lvl skill was available, after done the hurricane quest and get the skill, i notice my Sharp Eyes turned to lvl 0, so the button is disabled and i can't put points on it.

    I can't put sp to hamstring shoot and bow expert too. Max lv is 0. :(
