Do you mean that you're unable to retrieve the lost items in your shop? If so, please make a thread in the character issues section.

It looks like your merchant was closed due to a server check (all merchants get closed during a server check) and it seems that the money you were supposed to recieve disappeared. You'll need to make a thread here and wait for an admin to verify.
