I have spoken to fredrick to retrieve my items. I went to a FM room to set up shop and it says to retrieve my items from fred, which I already have. Usually when I click on withdraw Items, it says I don't have any items in it. When i click "Withdraw Items" it doesn't give me its usual "you don't have any items blah blah". I tried CCing and relogging, none of these work. I spoke with Marty and I did have a chair in my shop "Christmas Tree Chair" that may seem to be the problem.
This is a known bug (I told you that!). We're working on fixing it and you will get your chair back, as well as the ability to open your shop again, ASAP. Thread moved.
