So apparently, I lost access to my original account that I used to create this account and now I'm completely locked out of the control panel. I already find a post that instructs what I should do to request for this kind of issue but before I go any further, I want to make sure of this one thing. Before I ask for help to admins, do I need to prepare for another email account that I'll be using to access my account or would it be okay to make one after my account lockout issue is solved?
