I got BS level 143. I'm aiming for 1 hit skele to leech people, nothing more
This is my first character, I don't have extra funding
I saved AP from level 141, meaning that I got 15 APs so if i will decide to wash, i can start with something

The thing is that need more luk for equipment (Dark moon shoes required luk is 43)
htl necklace can provide more luk than MON, so I should go for htl necklace, shouldn't I?
If I will go for htl necklace, than I have heard that BS need 5k hp, I got 2k hp

So the question is, should I wash to do htl and get the necklace? or just go for MON?
And if I should do MON, I guess I won't get as much as luk. How can I get to 43 luk?

You are right, htp is better than mon for mage. You can do ht fine with 2k hp as a mage -- you just need to not afk and be ready to rebuff mg when you get dispelled (dp). It's only worth it to wash your bs for ht if you plan on doing it often. Furthermore, if you're buying vip htp the party will typically tell you what to do / save res for you.

I recommend MP washing first, and deciding whether you want to HP wash later on. Saving AP now will only make you weaker because of the potential INT that you're not getting and also because of the potential extra MP you're not getting upon levelling up.

If you can afford it, put all your AP into MP and immediately reset them out into INT. And henceforth when you level, try to do the same. This should give you about 350 additional MP per level without affecting your INT.

Regarding surviving in HT with 2k HP, it's definitely doable. Would help to have some HP gears (most HTP sellers have some to lend), and just keep watching your Magic Guard to make sure it's up. HP washing for bishops would mainly be for AFKing in HT like Tsue mentioned, but right now that shouldn't be a concern. Regardless, MP washing so that HP washing in the future is a possible option seems to be good to me, and it costs only 90m/level given current APR prices.

He is suggesting you mp wash because it gives you alot of mp at a relatively low cost, and it requires fresh ap so the opportunity can be missed. This will mean you will have excess mp in the future to wash with, for % pots, and for mg. However, even this 'relatively low cost' is 5 aprs (~90m) per level. It's really a decision you have to make if this 90m / lvl cost is worth it to you or not. If you only want to sell leech on this character, leveling up normally and saving your money for gear / skill books may be a better investment.

If you're just selling leech with the aim to one hit skeles in the future, its not necessary to mp wash, though having more mp is very nice but its entirely optional.

Yes the easiest way to gain more luk its by getting HTP since it will give you a minimum boost of 21luk. Depending on your zhelm/ targa helm luk stats, once you have 35+ luk you can slowly look for starlight (overall) that has luk on it to give you that extra bump so you can equip dark moon shoe.

Getting a dojo belt would help too!

Having 2k HP with the aid of some HP gear would be sufficient for you to participate in a HT run, you just can't afk at all since HT dispels. Need Dragon Elixir, a good amount of Power Elixir, all cure potions and you're good to go :D
