Do you guys think that PQ's should be prioritized in the bug fixing or should updates and other fixes be more important? If so what other updates/bugs should be more important?

My opinion is PQ's should definitely be fixed, it definitely encourages new players to stay having PQ's that work. Not a single PQ that I have done has worked and the only one I haven't tried is Amoria PQ.

    What do you guys think?

It is a good idea. I'm not aware of all the bugs, and the sizes of them.
But having a good option to level besides grinding - a stable option with people actually using it - is definately something to prioritize. :)

Then again, we might have other things that are more important, I don't know.

PQ's were a big part of the old maple and it was a nice alternative to break up the monotonous grinding. I would say they should be a priority if there aren't any other huge bugs. I'm pretty sure it's been said in the past though that PQ's were a priority, don't quote me on that.

I'm pretty sure PQs are a priority, but they're probably harder to fix than other bugs. I don't code but PQs seem like they'd be harder than other bugs to fix. But KPQ and CPQ work pretty well, so there's always those.

Yeah sure they're harder but I feel they should be put ahead of a lot other things, like v142 hairs and eyes for example.

KPQ does sort of work, the random kicks are extremely annoying though.
CPQ is mega broken in so many ways. Sure it's playable but not the way it's meant to be, at all.

There is only one person working on the hairs and faces and that is me. Adding Hairs and Faces are completely different from fixing PQs.

I would like them to be a priority, because they WERE a big part of old maple imo. That's how you made friends! There was a huge source of income from them, too.

Ah awesome I'm glad to hear just one person was working on that.

Of course they are much different, I was more concerned about the coders putting their time into something like that rather than PQs/other important bugs, but since it was just one person I feel a bit better haha.

    Of the 3 major things that I see broken ... (Skills/PQs/Quests) ...

I would rank them as the following.

1.) Skills - You can't really have everything else I listed (not to mention a pure nostalgic experience) if the skills are broken. This is huge. The first thing people are going to expect having joining the server is that their character works the way it should (or did). It's the foundation of everything else you do in the game, and I think it is odd that other problems are being fixed before these. I understand that they may be a hassle to fix, but it's like building a house on sand to a certain extent. I think the skills that are glitched for each class should be top priority.

2.) PQs - This was a HUGE way to make friends im maple. Probably 75% of my GMS BL was started from pqing with them. Not to mention it's the alternative to training/grinding. It's the other half of the game imo. Talk about making players stay on the server; this is a big one. Yeah, I understand it may take a while to fix, but they should still be second priority.

3.) Quests - A major part of the ms experience were certain quests. I'm not specifically talking about the people who like to quest just to quest. I'm just speaking about the questers who expect certain quests to be able to work. Like the cwk quests to get to WRs and have ciders, and the Warrior's Throne quests to have a decent chair because you can't win events or pay for a good one. That is a major blow to me when I join a server to find out things like that don't work. With that being said, I would put this behind PQs and Skills as third on the list. And as far as quests that need to be completed in order to get to certain bosses/maps...that's a different story.

As far as bugs/glitches on the server though, I think Royals blows any other pre-BB server out of the water. This is a great project, and I'm glad my complains are about limited to this, lol.

Given all this said, I think PQs should be second priority in fixes on this server, behind skills, and in front of quests.

I would love PQs to be fixed somettimes grinding gets a little dull and it's nice to mix it up. That being said I still agree with Swags post

Swag covered it. I feel for the Corsairs especially, they are very broken and it must be tough to work your skill build around broken skills.

And I also agree with Robb. It's definitely not easy to go in, debug and fix a PQ. Not a one day project by any means. But I guarantee once you guys do start fixing things (cause I have faith you as a staff will lol) your hard work won't go unnoticed.

Skills so people play, PQ's so people stay, Quests so…i don't know I'm not THAT clever :p

I see we found the new Shakespeare!

Let us have party quests, that was half of the fun in MapleStory, back in the days. Plus, they created tactical friendships (don't get it wrong pls), making half of the fun the way it pissed you off when someone stole your channel.
    Me wants PQ wid bonus stage c;

We have GPQ and APQ with bonus stages currently afaik, have you considered getting an APQ team together? The rewards are well worth it.
