The ones involved in the flaming, and did not stop despite my warning, are indeed shoutbox banned (some have appealed for it) For your case, your shoutbox ban wasn't given due to me requesting you to "shut up" Do you remember what you wrote at the time?
To prevent misunderstandings of me mis-quoting what you said at the time, are you okay with me revealing the full screenshot to show the context of why the ban was given?
generally yes but what is the point? i am aware that the ban was given because of my comments, i am appealing since i saw other involving parties appealed and got a 'second chance'. i don't claim to be innocent in that regard and i'm not interested in going into a debate of who was right and why if a second chance is not optional, i can live without shoutbox access it's all good
I am unable to lift the shoutbox if the player does not know why the ban was given The reason of your shoutbox ban is different from others, hence I am confirming if you remember what you said It will not be a debate of who was right or wrong, but I would need your confirmation that you will not make such comments again (and that requires your acknowledgment of what comments are not okay)
sounds like something i can't provide since i generally stand behind what i said. guess i'll make do without shoutbox thanks edit: just a thought, but it might be a good idea to just notify the user on his ban reason when he's banned.
