Silver Deputy Star Quest unclear what to do

Hi

What I know by now is that Lita Lawless is the NPC where I should be to fulfill this quest.
She gives out 4 quests
- Lucky Charms
- Spoiled Rags
- BF toe
- Jack O'Lantern

I heard there should also be a fifth quest, the one for the deputy star but I can't see it anywhere ?

I turned in my BF toe and Jack O'lantern, the Jack O'lantern quest is now under completed quests while the BF toe quest seems like it just restarted and is still in progress while I lost my BF toe to Lita Lawless.

Any idea what is going wrong or what I'm supposed to do ?

if u alrdy completed once the questline - got the reward of Silver deputy star on that character
u wont be able to gain another deputy star no matter how many times u will repeat on the other previous quests

 

I have never received the deputy star before. I only bought it and am wearing it too but never received it from the quest.

 

and u completed all the 4 quests that u alrdy mentioned before? at least 1 time from ea of them

 

no, I only completed jack o lantern and bf toe. but now the quest is again 'in process' even after I completed it. Also there is no sign of a quest that would give me the Deputy Star

 

u need to complete also the quests that require from u
30 Lucky Charms
30 Spoiled Rags

then u will gain the deputy

Okay so I shouldn't have returned the bf toe and jack o before also having the other items in my item list ?

How often are the quests repeatable? I just want to redo for extra gold and exp.

there is no cooldown for the quests. i've submitted multiple hh heads within a minute before

 

I thought it was everyday too but it has been 30h and I still cant submit again. Weird. Not that its impt.

I have a few of those heads, but only have the other quests rag to riches, fools gold and the bf one.

 

i've just tested and yeah there is a cooldown..i was pretty sure i completed the quest multiple times in a row before. weird

u can do the quest 2 times in a row if its the 1st time u complete it, then the 1st time u do the repeat version of it tat has i believe a 2/3 days cd

 

You don't have to hand them in all at the same time. As long as you complete those 4 different quests at least once, the 5th quest for deputy star will appear.

 

Pretty sure he found that out already since it was 2 months ago. But for new players, make sure the bounty quests aren't restarted/pending cause the 5th quest wouldn't appear. Just forfeit them through your quest window, then do the 5th quest to get your dep.
