    Problem: Submit all the required ingredients but did not receive the silver deputy star from Lita Lawless
    Detail: I did the four quests and gave out 1 Toe 1 Jack-O-lantern 30 lucky charms and 30 soiled rags and I didn't get my deputy star.

    Have you completed the quest before?
    The quest to receive the Deputy Star is no longer repeatable.
