Closed Silver mane

Problem: cannot complete silver mane quest
Details: i have 70m on me + tons of equipment space but when i try to send in the quest it keeps saying either I don't have enough meso or equipment space. I got my hog today too so its from the new source

 

Have you unequipped your Hog + Saddle before talking to the NPC?

 

Oh nope I tried to double click it won't go to my inventory so I can't unequip

 

Not being able to unequip your mount and saddle is not something I have heard anyone report, are you sure you have enough equip inventory slots available?
To get the Silver Mane mount it requires you to exchange the Hog.
