Hi everyone, With the release of Wedding, I thought to write up a very simple guide since the other one here is rather outdated in several aspects. Please don't mind the plainness of this guide. Whoever wish to use it and make it even more aesthetic, please do it by all means! What is the minimum requirement? Couple should be at least Level 10, any jobs. Couple can be any gender. Yes! Same-gender marriage is supported! Be in a party, obviously. How do I begin? Go to Henesys and talk to NPC Thomas Swift. Whoever wishes to be the Groom, talk to NPC Mooney to make an engagement ring. He will ask you to collect any 4 Proof of Loves from any of the 6 Nanas (i.e. H, E, P, K, O, L). Once you have collected the 4 Proof of Loves, go back and talk to NPC Mooney again, who will then give you a list of 4 rings to choose from. Of course, you'll need the necessary items and mesos to make them. A simple search on Hidden Street will give you the results on how to make certain ores and crystals. Once the Groom has received the engagement ring box from the NPC, double-click and propose to your Bride. A window will appear on your Bride's screen and he/she has to accept it in order for you both to be engaged. Should you wish to break the engagement afterwards, simply drop the ring/empty box ETC. Spoiler: Ring Materials Spoiler: Ring Effects Okay, now I am engaged! What's next? For Cathedral: The Groom should purchase a Wedding Ticket (Cathedral) from the Cash Shop. The Premium version grants access to the party map and chest vault. Then, talk to NPC Victoria to reserve the wedding, which includes stating what you wish as gifts. You can also purchase Wedding Invite from the Cash Shop if you need more invites. The Bride should talk to NPC High Priest John to start a quest to obtain an Officiator's Permission. Visit Mom and Dad at Meet the Parents to start a quest to obtain the Parent's Blessing. They will ask you to obtain any 2 Proof of Loves from any of the two Nanas. Afterwards, bring the Parent's Blessing back to NPC High Priest John and you'll be given the Officiator's Permission. Optional, but start inviting your guests and ask them to relog to receive your invite! The Bride should talk to NPC Assistant Nicole and start the wedding. For guests, double click on the invite in your ETC to enter. You only need to be in the same channel, but not in the same map (i.e. Amoria). Once the couple is inside, wait for your guests to arrive. Once ready, click the NPC at the bottom to start the wedding ceremony. Otherwise, the ceremony will auto-start at half-time (10 minutes) mark. From here onward, everything else is self-explanatory as the NPCs inside will guide you along. For Chapel: The Groom should purchase a Wedding Ticket (Chapel) from the Cash Shop. The Premium version grants access to the party map and chest vault. Then, talk to NPC Wayne to reserve the wedding, which includes stating what you wish as gifts. You can also purchase Wedding Invite from the Cash Shop if you need more invites. Optional, but start inviting your guests and ask them to relog to receive your invite! The Bride should talk to NPC Assistant Bonnie to start the wedding. For guests, double click on the invite in your ETC to enter. You only need to be in the same channel, but not in the same map (i.e. Amoria). Once the couple is inside, wait for your guests to arrive. Once ready, click the NPC at the bottom to start the wedding ceremony. Otherwise, the ceremony will auto-start at half-time (5 minutes) mark. From here onward, everything else is self-explanatory as the NPCs inside will guide you along. Okay, now I am married! What's next? APQ! Congratulations! You're now married. P/S: Wrote this guide from whatever I can remember at the top of my head. If there's any inaccuracy, please let me know.
@Kai we talk to Bonnie and went in but as we relog nothing happens, me and my friend are still not married yet? What am I suppose to do? I try to drop the chapel receipt and start a cathedral but couldn’t. What should we do?
Yes we started the wedding and we even when to the place to take photos. Is it necessary to wait for the whole wedding to end in order to receive the ring? @Kai
Does Girl and Girl marriage works? Cause i herad it's not working because me and my friend are marrying soon
I've collected the four pieces of heart from the Nanas and I have the materials needed for the ring, but he won't let me buy one? He acknowledges that I've collected the four pieces of heart (which he won't take from my inventory), shows me the ring options but won't take my money + Gold Plate + Diamond. Weird. Edit: I didn't know ring boxes were 'Use' items and I needed to make space. I could delete this but I feel as though at least one other person will make this mistake in the future so I'll leave it up.
I think it would be very informative and helpful to add what you specifically need to collect/gather for the proofs of love in this guide.
As titled "simplified" should explain why i didn't include them in the first place, which was also why I linked the old guide. I will update it when I have the time on my PC.
