So, now that I'm actually grinding my mage more at these maps, something I've noticed is the drop rate of books for these places are insane. Of course the books are worthless, I'm not hoping they'll be worth anything anyway. But the annoyance comes in when you have your USE inventory completely filled with these books. Newts seems to have an okay drop rate for books, but skeles is the worst, then Petris is a second. I know drop rates are all kinds of messed up still, but in the future if we could have a big reduction in the drop rate I think every bishop and mage out there would greatly appreciate it. Maybe make it closer to the drop rate for Newts, as I don't think they're all that terrible in comparison. If at all possible, of course. Thoughts, from anyone else?
I personally wish they would move those books to other mobs or bosses to encourage more hunting. By bosses I mean Leviathan, Lilynouch, or dodo. Though just a lowering drop rate will suffice. I fully support this.
I would suggest for books that drops at mobs which are popularly grind at such as skele to have its drop rate reduced. Honestly, SE30 is way too easy to obtain it, and using SE as a case study, it makes a hell of a difference when a BM has SE20 and 30. So I don't think it's logical for such a good (and highly demanded) passive skill to be obtained so easily. Perhaps we should swap the mobs which drop SE20 (Cold Shark) and SE30 (Skele) ... #flameshieldon
