Not Bug Skill macro delay when standing vs. rope

Hi I'm reporting a slight time difference when activating the skill macro while standing vs. hanging on a rope.

I have Holy Symbol(1st), Bless(2nd), and Invincible(3rd) in my skill macro, and I noticed there's a slight delay when going from 1st skill to the next.

But when I activate it while hanging on a rope, there's no sign of the delay from 1st to 2nd skill.

Basically, the skill transition is much smoother and faster on the rope compared to doing it while standing and I think it should be fixed to match the "rope" transition speed even though it's a minor delay.
