    Problem: The skill rewarded from completing The Wandering Alchemist Eurek's New Skill is missing.
    Details: The skill was awarded upon completion of the quest but had no points in it, and now the skill is missing completely.

    There is no character called Zeggles but Zeggies has been refunded the skill so I am closing this.
