Duplicate skills ice beam and ice strike doesnt freeze enemys

    Good Day,
    i have probles with this skills... in the map lower acsent when i hit with ice beam or ice strike to any monster they dont get freezee.... and the strombreakers they are weak to ice... what happen to the freeze?

    All the skills that inflict freeze are a bit weird. Try ccing till the mobs freeze, it'll work eventually.

    still doesnt work... i tried 3 - 12 times..... stilll fail... :(
