Small Clue doesn't drop in Chil Sung's Request

    I've been hunting samihos for at least 2 hours, they never drop the item for the quest. I also noticed that it doesn't seem like the 9 tailed fox spawns. I did these quests because I wanted the +15 fame, but it seems the past few quests I've tried to do that involve fame are broken.
