Over the last week a group of us has tried to horntail 3 different runs. During the first 2 runs, multiple people (2 1 run, 2 the other of 6 each total, who normally don't dc at HT) would DC during/directly after smokescreen was used and they would get "stuck in it". Last night we ran with the same group and told the shadower to not smokescreen at all, and no DC's. Therefor we do believe it could be a coincidence, or it could be smokescreen causing DC's. In particular, I dc'ed after not being in the smoke and then having HT snort me into it. I was then stuck and unable to move for about 30-60 seconds followed by a DC. I do not know if the same thing happened to the other people who dc'ed during the 2 separate runs, other than it was during or right after smokescreen dissipated.
Same thing happened to me yesterday when ht’ing with a shad. Wasn’t in smoke and i dcd. One time I was in the smoke and I didn’t dc but I think some did?
There is a current easily repeatable bug with smokescreen I know of. If your party is affected by smokescreen (must be in same party) and you get knockbacked by the tail, you will be stuck until the end duration of smokescreen.
