So I finally reached lvl 149 and maxed snipe.... thinking that the CD was only 5 seconds like it says on hidden street bbb. Just to find out it says 15 seconds in game? like really? lets make a class that is already failing fail more. Edit...... in game i tested it to be 10 seconds? so what the heck is going on. hidden street says 5 seconds. Maple royals says 15 seconds but its 10 seconds. this server is drunk
The skill clearly says 15 seconds, so there is no bug. You should know that the information on hidden street is from later versions than we are. Wasn't the most balanced classes when they came something like 8-9 years ago.
