Hello! I was at Krexing about an hour ago with guildies. 1 in every 5 of my Snipes would not come off cooldown on time (i.e. after 6 Strafes at normal attack speed). Some times it would not come off CD until after 8 Strafes! If I was a new MM I probably couldnt complain. But I am a 17x MM. I know how to count my Strafes, and I know that this CD is bugged. Thank you for your time!
Bumping this because yes, it happens with any cooldown skills actually. On your screen you see it being cast, but server side the skill was never activated, so its cooldown is still up. I believe other people in same map as you won't even see your skill animation. I died once in HT because I was positive I had used will. By the time I realized I was still seduced, got mana drained and died, and screenshotted of course.
