Upon deciding to test out if Snipe does the number that appears on screen or instead a set number, it appears that Snipe only does 99,999 damage, but shows 19x,xxx damage. I didn't actually get a screen of the big old red number, but using Snipe yourself will show you that it's as I said it is. The damage difference between the two uses of ~bosshp on the Headless Horseman shows that only 99,999 damage was dealt. Snipe's one of the ways Marksmen close the gap on Bowmasters, so the extra 100k damage is a little needed. Thanks~
