I don't know if this has been addressed, however I'm just bringing this to attention to any GM that may be looking at this post. It's a minor issue, but the skill Blizzard, as seen in the image, does not freeze more than half of the monsters that I face. (I realize monsters that are immune to ice, don't freeze, but monsters that aren't immune, such as this red kent, are supposed to 100% freeze all the time from Blizzard, same EXACT effect as Blizzard or Ice Strike from an I/L Mage). Again it's minor, but it does affect gameplay sometimes while training, especially in areas where I have to rely on Blizzard a little more than usual. Stormbreakers is another good example of this. Sometimes, monsters that do freeze, stay frozen forever on my screen, but other peopIe just see them standing in place, not frozen. Not sure what the issue is, but again wanted to address it. Please don't make multiple threads for the same problem, we are also aware of this bug and there several threads of this kind.
