you can skill it etc. maxed it to 20 which is 10% success to 1hit kill monsters with 50% or less hp, it does not work. all other bowman/crossbowman/sniper skills all work i can confirm, mortal blow is really not that important though to be honest so its minor to be honest no rush on this skill Matt.
