Fixed Snowball event bug

    At the event waiting room, I believe a lot of people's clients crashed and ended up at the reward room. Exiting the room rewards each character with 500NX, 25 Star of Maplemas spirit and 50 Nevermelting Snow.

    The event waiting room (through Billy) is also still open to public when the event is going on. People who join after the event starts and relog, are able to repeat the bug I believe.
