The only difference between Premium and Normal is that Premium allows entry to a hunting ground, and that you get more invites. To be honest, I wouldn't bother with going Premium unless you want to see the mobs for the lulz... If your bride is lazy to do the Parent's Blessing quest, then go for Chapel instead.
