Seems in your case, your IP is dynamic. It changes sometimes. For what reason and how often, that is probably dependent on whichever service provider you have. If it happens again, you will likely have to follow the same steps as above. But if you want to prevent it from happening again, you may need to purchase a private VPN or IP.
