[solved] Bishop equipment help

hi there

i have a few questions on my "end-game" weapon for my class
im currently a 10x priest so i have quite some time before i get there, but i've been looking around and observed that most bishops use ele wands

correct me if im wrong but do the ele wands not have -25% holy dmg?
if so, does that not affect genesis' damage?
in the case that it does affect the overall damage of genesis, would it make that much of a difference if i stuck to the shine wand instead?

The holy damage nerf was removed a while back.
