Duplicate <Solved> Character stuck after using trampolines to get to the moon.

Character Name: NotADoctor, lvl 31 Crossbowman
Bug: Character stuck after using trampolines to get to the moon.
Description: After accepting both the Green and Yellow Easter Bunny Quests from the Easter Bunny in the tree in the Free Market, I jumped on the trampolines (bedsheets?) to get to the moon. As soon as I hit the ceiling of the map, the game crashed. Subsequent attempts to log on to the character was met with an immediate crash, with the pop-up telling me "MapleRoyals has stopped working."

My other character, SirMisterMD (Lvl 21 Swordsman), is unaffected.
Reproducible?: Yes. Any attempt to play with NotADoctor leads to this message.
What have I tried so far?: Reading the message on the main forum page led me to reinstall the game three times. Each time, I deleted all MapleRoyals files and downloaded the latest patch from the website, but was met with the same error. I couldn't find anything in the Troubleshooting Guide about this.

I just want my character back ;-;
