Not Bug some how my account deleted or band after I log off

i was playing my account in my assassin charter then i was logout to switch to my mage character in the same account and its says that my deleted or blocked?
what happened its this a bug?

This isn't a bug and you need to submit a ban appeal

 

I submited,
but I think its a bug because I didn't do any thing
