    1. Use heartstoppers or even onyx Apple to clear 3rd job fight. Also, as long as your not going to level up, you can replace INT gear with LUK gear for the fight. Use Amorian baskets or maple pops if you miss too much.

    2. Yes you need 25 DEX minimum for a thief

    3. You cannot purchase APR with donor money

You cannot speed up the apr process in any way, if u are new and thinking about 30k NL I hope you know this is going to be a long road, this is not as easy as it sounds.

30k hp as a night lorde also as a newplayer here..
hmm, first of all. it will cost at least 20000m, 20b.
it will be real challenge for you the newplayer to make a 30k hp attacker even if it is a nl.

It is pretty impossible for a new player as you need to leech all the way to 140+lvl with so much base int. You won't be able to grind at all.

the only way to get 30k nl as a new player, is to have nice friends that are willing to leech you the whole way for some reason ;) and have other chars to fund urself like have a merching char to raise funds for your nl or just the 2nd thing. it will still take a ridiculous amount of effort to make it and most likely u will give up because its actually not really worth the effort. Spam APQ daily is a good way to earn money without 3rd/4th job char but you may end up encountering a bunch of drama lol. Merching is good too but u nid money first to do this. APQ gives an average of 5 apples per 4 runs which is 50m so assuming u nid 20b (according to @weaving ) u will nid to do 4 runs of apq 400 times to get 20b. assuming u want to get it done as humanly possible, u wld nid to do apq 24/7 and 4 runs of apq is around 1 hr so u nid to do apq continuously for like 17 days just to earn 20b ;)

Doesn't APQ have a cd of 4 per day though lol. So it's like 400 days
Anyway I'd suggest just not washing to 30k lol, it's too difficult and also a waste of money cause there are no bosses that can hit that high.

Good choice to make a bishop.

There are a few ways to make a 30k hp nl, depending on how much excess mp you wish to have.

What I and a few others I know have done to get 30k hp potential (not necessary to wash all the mp to get 30k hp, but we have the option to do so if we wish) is to do the following:

    Level 1-50+:
    - Make your base dex 25
    - Put rest of AP into int

Level 50+ (when base int is at least 200) to 135+:
    - Mp wash (i.e. put fresh ap into mp, then apr from mp into int until 300 base int, thereafter mp wash into luk)
    - Note that you can also keep your fresh AP unused once you have reached your desired base int (in my case it was 300) as this is more cost-effective (gives you time to earn mesos through leech, merching, voting, etc. as a 30k nl is v v expensive)

    After level 135+:
    - Wash your int down to base 4
    - Hp wash from lv 135+ to lv 200 (i.e. put fresh AP into hp and apr from mp to luk)
    - Hp wash using aprs from MP to HP

This should give you 30k hp with decent excess mp (whether achieved or potential). Take note that you can gain about ~3-4k hp through late game equips, hp quest, and job advancements.

Also, bear in mind that it may be more worthwhile to scroll/buy some good gear than spend all your mesos on aprs to achieve a 30k nl, so prioritise carefully.

Making a 30k nl is certainly not easy, but if this is what you want, make sure you plan well, stay patient and grind hard/leech long/merch smart for your mesos. Feel free to reply or pm me if you have any other specific questions.

    Cheers!

wow thanks kermes what an awsome info you provide
i been searching around google for guide and the guide i found
was from a guy called hiyo his guide was much more insane
having base INT up to lvl 200 then wash back to luk
i cant imaging leeching to 200 was super duper boring as hell

i do have some question from your guide

Level 50+ (when base int is at least 200) to 135+:
for this step if i not wrong it called double washing right
when i lvl up i put my 5 ap to MP and then reset to 300 base INT

    After level 135+:
so this step start i can start reset all my base INT back to Luck and start washing hp
mean after lvl 135 every time i lvl up i can pump my AP to HP then reset MP to LUK
i do not need to go for int or dobule wash?

also 1 last question you did not mention about low lv INT gear at all
wont that be needed? if needed how much total INT gear you think it need

So I looked through the guide you talked about and there's no mention of leeching your character or mp washing until lv 200.

What I can say is that some people choose to continue keeping their base int past lv 135+ (perhaps until lv 200 if they're crazy enough / have all the time in the world / love leech more than they love their mother) in the hopes of having high excess mp w/ 30k hp (i.e. 30k hp / 15-30k mp NL). For me, I'd say having anywhere between 4-8k mp after washing your NL to 30k hp is a good, realistic goal to aim towards.

Also, the info in that thread is more or less right, especially for the part that mp washing from an earlier level > getting expensive int gear. But, I disagree with the assertion that you should start mp washing from lv 75 and instead recommend you start from lv 50+ (or when you get 200 int).
    Hey, to answer your questions:

    A. Regarding the allocations of AP during MP and HP wash

    1. The term "double washing" can be confusing, so I will break it down simply to mp washing and hp washing.

MP wash: Put fresh AP into MP, use AP Reset to -MP +Desired Stat (Int / Luk).

HP wash: Put fresh AP into HP, use AP Reset to -MP +Desired Stat (Int / Luk).

    2. From level 50+ (when you have roughly 200 int), you want to MP wash and use APRs to -MP +Int until you have 300 int (i.e. somewhere around level 75+).

After you have your desired int, you continue MP washing- but use the APRs to -MP +Luk until the level you wish to wash down (most people do so after at least lv 135 because this is when they want to start playing their washed character to boss- i.e. no more leech).

    3. For reference, I resetted my int at level 143 because my Sair dced in Krex while I was duoing with a friend (I was duoing bosses from lv 135 onwards and suiciding my attacker so I could leech duo EXP on my new NL), so I decided to reset all my int at lv 143 (using ~300 APRs) there and then and finished off Krex with my newly-washed NL (lol, don't be like me- wash down int as late as possible to get the highest possible excess MP).

    4. After resetting your int, there is no longer any point MP washing (as mp wash works based on how much base int you have- i.e. if you have 300 base int, each mp wash using 1 fresh AP will increase your MP by 30). Since resetting your int makes your int 4 (disregarding int gear), you want to start HP washing as it is more effective (i.e. each fresh AP increases your HP by 20-24, and each APR from MP into Luk minuses your int by 12).

    B. Regarding int gear

    1. It might seem daunting to get extremely high (and expensive) int gear. But the most difficult thing is finding the mesos/items to enable your NL to wash effectively and cost-efficiently. High-cost int gear for newbies might not be so easy to obtain and might discourage you from washing your NL (which is why we recommend you make a bishop and grind hard to earn some mesos and/or merch items and/or go for boss runs for drops to receive splits- e.g. HT, Zakum).

    2. Because of this, we can offset int gear unavailability by MP washing for more levels rather than getting extremely high int gear. If you follow my guide above, it will only cost you 100 APRS (from 200 to 300 base int) * 15m each APR= 1.5 billion mesos (which is extremely easy to achieve compared to the overall cost of washing a 30k hp NL = roughly 25b? - although having a 30k potential hp NL might cost much less = ~14 to 18b?) to do what you need to get to your desired int. After achieving 300 base int, you no longer have to buy any AP Resets (you can just leave your fresh AP unused until you have the mesos to wash -MP into +Luk), making this method extremely cost-efficient.

    3. That being said, having high int gear as well as MW10 / MW20 will help immensely (every mp gained helps as the conversion rate for -mp +hp for NLs is pretty good at -12mp/+18hp).

For reference, before level 45 when I was limited with my int gear, I had about ~200+ total int. At my peak int, I had 300 base int and with int gear/mw20, I had 450 total int- giving me 45 extra mp every level from level 75 to level 143. After you wash down your int, you can choose to stop leveling with int gear (no longer need mw20 since your base int is 4), but I chose to do so as I get +17mp every level from level 143 to 200 = which totals 969 mp (which is helpful for having high excess mp = extra 45 Triple Throws).

With all this being said, I think you should do your own calculations and plan this well. I was able to achieve a 30k potential hp NL really fast and efficiently because I planned before I started making my character. If you don't plan, you might find that you have to remake your NL because you aren't happy with it or you might have to spend a lot more mesos to achieve your goal / fix a mistake.

As always, feel free to ask me any other questions you have (which I will happily answer and/or do my best find out if I don't know the answer) and continue doing your own research/calculations. I had an unwashed NL which I leveled up to 165 to understand the gameplay first and boss (which enabled me to collect splits) and/or APQ (good way to earn mesos as each apple = ~10m, can get up to 12-16 apples a day if you're lucky).

I consulted around 20 people about washing (who all had very different opinions) and considered/calculated all methods before I started embarking on re-making and washing a NL and made sure my bishop was able to sell at least Ulu 2 to Skele leech, allowing me to earn 100-170m per hour (including drops) and I saved up to buy MW20 to have a more cost-efficient washing process- using MW20 gave me on average 70 extra int per level from lv 20 to 143).

Also, being able to self-leech yourself (esp from Ulu 2 onwards) is very, very helpful as you can self-leech, saving on leech costs, + sell leech to earn smart money and level your character simultaneously.

    Cheers!

Appreciate kermes spending your time for the very very detailed guide
now i totally understand how MP wash work

but i got a part kinda confuse

After you have your desired 300 INT, you continue MP washing- but use the APRs to -MP +Luk until the level you wish to wash down

for this part wont it be saving a lot more AP reset if every time i lvl up 5 AP to +MP and reset 5 time -MP Instate of +5 LUK
i go for + HP 5 time and -MP 5 time add back to LUK

and do cycle HP wash work EG. AP +HP and - MP (plus HP again instate of adding luk)
dose this cycle work? or i have to add back to LUK in order for the HP wash to work

sorry if i cant explain well but hope you can understand what i am trying to ask

heya @LordYun and @Tivu , since you both asked about why I add fresh AP into HP after level 135 (or when you've washed down base int) and then APR -mp +Luk after, let me explain the process:

There are two ways to hp wash after you have washed down your base int:

    (1) HP wash using fresh AP into HP, and then using an APR to -MP +Luk.

Adding fresh AP into HP adds 20-24 hp each time. For 5 levels, you will -12MP x5 = -60MP.

So, for every 5 levels, you -60MP and +100-120HP.

    (2) HP wash using fresh AP into Luk, and then using an APR to -MP +HP.

Adding HP from APRing -MP +HP translates to -12MP +18HP.

So, for every 5 levels, you -60MP and +90HP.

As you can see from the above, using the HP washing method (1) enables you to save 11-33% of your cost when HP washing. When taking into account the total cost of washing a NL character, this strategy can potentially save you hundreds of millions, maybe even billions of mesos.

Hi, does it only work like this for Thieves or is it the same with other classes, but with different numbers?

Any idea where I can find the exact numbers if the latter is the case?

    Many thanks in advance!

You can look at Pheelo's HP washing guide. It's pinned into the guides section. This information is on the first page of replies.
