Fixed Some skills can't be put into a macro

    The following skills can't be put into a macro. Maybe some of them never worked, but I know for sure that nimble feet did.

    Nimble feet
    Teleport
    Flash jump
    Oak barrel

    Interestingly, these all have something to do with movement.

    EDIT: found another skill that can't be put into a macro: MP recovery
    Unlike all the other skills, this one does not affect movement.
