    Hello, I am new to the sever, about a week in. Im really enjoying my time and reliving one of my favorite games in my childhood. I scrolled through the forums a bit and i've seen some suggestions relating to what im asking and if something I say is already posted somewhere just send me the thread.

    Anyway im not trying to shove any opinions down your throat I just wanna hear peoples opinion on the following.

    - The possibility of Cygnus Knights? Im almost 100% its not gonna happen id just like to get feedback on why or why not its a good idea. Mostly I miss making Ultimate Explorers.

    -Mushroom Kingdom theme dungeon? Loved this back in the day. Good for nooby players like myself too to lvl up and get decent low level weapons n equips.

    - Scar/Targa? One of my favorite bosses back in the day too. Would love to kill em again f3

    -Valefor, Amdusias, Andras, Crocell, Marbas hats. I think these are really good again for noob players who cant afford a zak helm or nice equips to start off with. Plus they're not too OP.

    The big issue is balance I believe. The helms (the newb ones and the scar/targa ones) are either too strong early on, or too easy to get compared to zak helms. New areas as far as I know aren't out of the question though, but again, balance and other things are taking a priority.

    Cygnus Knights I'm almost certain are not going to happen. I'm sure a big part of it is the cross-character effects they have.

    Another issue with Scar/Tar helms (that I noticed recently) is that it would make it easier to mass scroll for higher stat helms. Even if the stat is balanced to be precisely the same as zhelm, it would give you a way to scroll a godly helm, while still continuing to loot/scroll for better ones (you would just alternate between the one of a kind helms as necessary.) So unless you were only able to hold one of ANY of the three helms, you're introducing another balance issue.

    Can't say why its a bad idea but the server owner here simply doesn't want anything other the original five explorers.

    Great ideas, but as most people HP wash = leech, not quite sure how many people will be able to enjoy these.

    Love em too. I used to think that it would make Zakum useless as these helms are better and Scarga was "easier" than Zakum, but I've seen people mention how they hit pretty hard, like 8k +, meaning unless you're washed or very high level you won't be able to do Scarga while you still can Zak.

    We actually got KoC before pirates, so they were nostalgic for me as well. They were a lot of fun. I tried all of the KoC besides the pirate one.

    I wouldn't mind scar/tar as well. They were fun bosses and the helms only have +2 stats in 2 of the stats. I think scar was +2 on LUK & INT while tar was the other two. Hardly OP helms. And as @PurePoisonXD said, they hit 7.5k magic attacks and 8-9k body damage. Basically HT damage, except they hit way more often and way faster. There would be no way for new people to get these helms. You would have to be at least lvl 120+ and be HP washed to even attempt scar/tar. So i don't see the issue.

    I honestly don't have an opinion about this, I never liked them in GMS so w/e for me.
    Unless they came with that Attack Bonus for the other chars in the account, then for me it would be a NO.

    Rather fun area, always grinded there until the last quest.
    They have other priorities, but I'd like to see that happen.

    Everytime someone says this, they say they're "OP"...
    It's only 2 extra for one stat in general, so WHY?
    Also we would get the awesome grinding new areas of singapore (or w/e what the name is there if different)

    Evan said they're OP for early levels, I don't see how... they're only +12 of the job stat, untradeable.
    It's pretty easy to get that ammount of stat into a bandana... it would be helpful for new players to start over.

    Pirates came in version 0.62 (12 Nov 2008)
    Cygnus Knights
    came in version 0.73 (29 Jul 2009)

    How could it even make sense that KoC would come BEFORE Pirates, since KoC included a fake version of the pirate?
    Pirates are the original, among the 5 explores, and the future can never change this historical fact.
    My conspiracy theory is that, someone here in the Royals community is trying to spread fake news, fake facts to alter the game to suit their own agenda....

    He was an EMS player. EMS and MSEA got KoC and Pirates out of order.


    If there are objections to the scarga hats, it would be cool to have them drop belts instead. 8 Max godly like krex rings. Just want more content to do!

    I'm agree with everything. The thing with KoC is that they were way too powerful from 2nd job onwards and people used to party them instead of regular explorers on lets say, ludy pq for example.

    But since most people just leech, I don't think they are going to be a big trouble here... The best content is lvl 120+ anyways so KoC woulnd't be a problem they'll be just a bit help to get few extra stats on our main character

    That wouldn't be much of a problem if all characters were regrouped on one account, but as multi clienting here is a very prevalent, almost no one has characters on the same account. Some people will call it unfair because they'd have to make a level 110 KoC for every character/account they have. But at the end of the day, I just don't think Matt wants any additional classes no matter the reason and it would probably be one of the hardest things to code/implement too.

    most "secondary" accounts are usually SE / SI / HS mules you wouldn't need to get a 110 KoC on a mule anyways

    That's for the slightly above average player (Like me; got my main + mules, that's all). Most of the top people have several high level characters that they play actively.

    I have 16 accounts. 6 of them has playable lv 160+ characters, and the rest are mule accounts. I'll need to make 6 lv 110+ KoC ~f4

    In GMS, they eventually extended blessing to be given by explorers too. would need to make attackers on echo mule accounts!

    Yea but thats on them for reaping the advantages for having multiple accounts. Besides the idea is to experience more classes and just have fun with it. If youre doing it for stats... you're doing it wrong imo. Alternatively that passive buff could be removed? Either way highly unlikely itll appear anyway.

    Yea, it's been said, we got things in a different order on EMS. SEA got stuff in weird order as well. I highly doubt there's a conspiracy going on lmao. We all just came from different regions and played different versions. Each region had weird tweaks to skills and content as well. Even the names of the classes was different on EMS. I know EMS got some maps before even GMS got them. But most of the content was released really slow and in a weird order. I remember being close to 3rd job before ludi was even released. And we had lvl 200s on EMS before leafre/4th was released. Also, they removed mastery books almost as soon as 4th job was out. So you didn't have to mess about trying to get genisis 30 to pass lol. All your skills could go to 30 soon as you did your job advancement. So we killed boss for fun, not for mesos XD
