    Hi, yesterday i wanted to check my NL and i noticed that i have to enter security pin which i didn't set.

    In the case that you have lost / forgotten your in-game information, you will need to start a Conversation with only ONE of the admins: @John, @Michael or @Tim

    In the conversation you will need to include the following:
    1) Your login ID
    2) The date of birth associated with your account
    3) The email address associated with your account

    And last but not least, please mention that you have lost or forgotten your PIN code.
