Welcome. Best training location for you right now is Ghost Ship 2 and Speed Infusion at 4th Job is what you'll mostly be wanted for in parties. Best end game Knuckle that's widely available is a King Cent and this server has the 'Godly' System which means that whatever the best stat for an item is on something like Hidden Street, add +5 more to that and that's the best that equip can get.
