    Problem: killed Latanica but doesnt drop soul lantern
    Details: I killed Latanica 4 times but never drop lantern, Black Essence only dropped.
    this character is already finished krex prequest but I need get another soul lantern for other character. (the character is had lots of INT and not a mage)
    can I take a Soul Lantern refund?

    The drop rate of Soul Lantern isn't 100%.

    Yup you're probably unlucky. I tested by killing 25 of it, and only got 12 lanterns.
