I played GMS but never as a Bowman, and guides online mostly are post Big Bang which as messed up my build before. Can anyone give the end results for each advancement for Bowmaster? (level by level isn't necessary) Thanks in advance. ~Justice
1st Job: The Blessing of Amazon (3) Critical Shot (20 MAX) The Eye of Amazon (8 MAX) Focus (9) Arrow Blow (1) Double Shot (20 MAX) 2nd Job: Bow Mastery (20 MAX) Final Attack (ZERO) Bow Booster (20 MAX) Soul Arrow (20 MAX) Arrow Bomb (30 MAX) Power Knockback (20 MAX) Focus (20 MAX) 3rd Job: Some people may disagree that I'm maxing Thrust instead of putting 21 points into Inferno, but I personally think that Inferno is a completely useless skill. If you would rather play it safe and sacrifice speed to put those 21 points into Inferno, go ahead. Thrust (20 MAX) Puppet (20 MAX) Inferno (1) Silver Hawk (30 MAX) Strafe (30 MAX) Mortal Blow (20 MAX) Arrow Rain (30 MAX) 4th Job: 4th Job solely depends on how long it takes you to obtain the mastery books. Because of that, I'm going to just do a starter's build for 4th job. These are the skills I feel are most important the max first, but feel free to do it however you like. If you do follow this build, do it in the order I list the skills: Hurricane (1) Sharp Eyes (10) Bow Expert (10) Maple Warrior (10) / Hurricane (10) Maple Warrior (10) / Hurricane (10) The rest is for you to decide.
Actually 3rd job sp looks like this: Max puppet/AR/Strafe/hawk 5 MB 10 Thrust 15 Hawk 1 Inferno (for luring). The remaining points can be spent as desired. 10 - 20 thrust is a 10% increase in base speed, which isn't that useful if you have a scrolled pet item (cheeeeeep) + speed pill because you're already at 140%. Mortal Blow isn't that useful because when monsters are extremely close you'll be pkbing them ideally. It's not a bad skill per se though, and probably a good use of skill points. Inferno at 21 is an option if you want the increased range for luring. It's damage is inferior to ar on elementally neutral monsters though, which is why it's not maxed. AR first is recommended for faster training .
It's best if you don't follow "skill build guides." It is better to just add what benefits you the "most." These "Skill Build" guides were made by those who believe that its the "most" beneficial to themselves and decided to share it with everyone else.
