IGN: Arime Problem: SP reset Detail: Hi, I just joined back Royal recently after a year and found that the New source is up. My character's SP has been reset and I accidentally added a few extra points into 3rd job( suppose theese SP are for 4th job ). I only found out these when I go through the new source updates and one of the update stated that 3rd job has only 151 SP, I believed I added extra into it. Is it possible to ask for one more extra chance to reset my SP?

As of now, we are no longer doing full, free SP Resets for any player under any circumstances. The time period during which we were giving players this courtesy has elapsed as of the end of June 30th. We will still be giving SP Resets that players may pay NX for, at the following prices: - 1st job SP Reset, 2400 NX per point - 2nd job SP Reset, 4900 NX per point - 3rd job SP Reset, 9300 NX per point - 4th job SP Reset, 12000 NX per point We will be doing this until further notice, likely until we have the items in the Cash Shop properly functioning. Please confirm if you wish to proceed.
So.. i need to pay for it now ? Im just one day late I added extra sp into third job and it is suppose to be used on 4th job's skill, 3rd job sp reset or 4th job sp reset should i get?
You should go and calculate how many points that belongs to 4th job you accidentally added into the 3rd. Once you're certain, let me know how many 3rd Job / 4th Job Reset you would like to get.
In this case I feel you will need only 4th job sp reset. Cause if you do get 3rd job reset, the point you reset are only be applied to 3rd job skills. With 4th job sp reset you should be able to relocate the points on the 4th job skills even if they are on the 3rd job right now
As we have not started on the system to handle this process yet, I'll leave your thread as "Open" until the time comes.
Just a follow up here, have my request been processed? I've seen a lot SP reset request has been processed and 'their SP has been reset.
Unfortunately we decided that it will not be feasible to handle such requests manually, and your only option is to wait until the resets are available in Cash Shop, with this we are of course making it a priority to have them working very soon.
