Duplicate SP Point Reset not working

    Problem:when i used the SP reset i bought from my friend, i used it but it did not work. No changes were made to my skills but the reset was used up. i thought it was just a little error so i tried with another 2 SP reset but the same problem occurred so i talked to a GM about this this and he said that the SP reset was not working well. So i hope if possible can the GMs help to refund my SP reset. Thanks.

    i just recieved the SP changes by logging out then in again

    But can the GMs help to make the changes to appear immediately so that we do not need to log out then in again thanks GM
