Unfortunately we do not offer SP resets for player mistakes that aren't related to the forced SP reset we made a few months back. I know there aren't any SP resets available to buy in Cash Shop right now, this is a policy we have had for years and something we are not going to change at this time, we might make a different option available if we don't fix them soon.
