    Details: I want to reallocate my SP a bit differently since i recently got a skill i didnt have access to before :) Thanks!

    The additional SP reset is only for players that had incorrectly allocated or over-allocated SP from the server-wide SP reset. What you have described does not warrant another SP reset since it sounds like simply a lack of foresight on your part.
