    Problem: Incorrectly distributed my 1st job SkillPoint and i couldn't add my 2nd job's skills
    Details: Did not realize the new patch have reset the SP, and I miscalculated, putting more points into wrong skill .And I also cannot buy SP reset from the Cash shop, please help.
