Fixed Spouse bug

Hello, my partner got a name change and now I can't use the spouse chat. I can receive messages but when I try to send them it says "your spouse is offline or you are not married".
Are you guys able to fix it?

 

I've escalated this to an admin. What's your spouse old IGN and new IGN?
